Christina Ricci will star in three episodes of the second season of the crime drama “Saving Grace” on TNT.Ricci who is famous for her role as Wednesday Addams in The Addams Family will play a young detective temporarily partnered with Oklahoma City Det. Grace Hanadarko, the series’ lead character portrayed by actress Holly Hunter.The series will premiere its second season Monday (10 p.m. ET).
Ntare Mwine Joins Heroes

Ntare Mwine has joined the cast of “Heroes”.Mwine will portray an artist who is close to many of the original characters.Ntare Mwine signed for nine episodes, and his powers will be slowly revealed over the course of his time in the series.
Mwine’s credits include a recurring part on “The Riches,” guest spots on “CSI” and “The Unit” and the film “Blood Diamond.”
Army Wives Third Season Announced

Lifetime’s hit series “Army Wives” which stars Kim Delaney, Catherine Bell, Sally Pressman, Brigid Brannagh, Sterling K. Brown, Wendy Davis, Drew Fuller and Brian McNamara will be back for its third season in 2009.Since its creation the show has set ratings records of over 4 million viewers per week for the network.Lifetime’s president Andrea Wong announced at the Television Critics Association press tour:
“‘Army Wives’ has become a game-changer for Lifetime.” “Announcing this early renewal is a testament to the enormous faith and confidence we have in this show and it incredibly talented cast and production team.”
Lifetime has ordered 18 episodes for the third season.

Grey’s Anatomy Considering Killing Dr. Izzie – Katherine Heigl’s character Dr. Isobel Stevens on Grey’s Anatomy will apparently be killed of the show after the endless controversial critiques she made of last season’s story lines.Writers for the ABC medical drama are still angry over the fact that Katherine blamed them for her decision to drop out of this fall’s Emmy race.One of Grey’s spy told E!:
“It’s not good there.” “Shonda is pissed. They’re thinking of killing her off. They want Izzie dead.”

Ashley Alexandra Dupre aka Eliot Spitzer’s prostitute is denying the rumors that claimed that she was going to star in a new MTV reality dating show.E! News reported:
“They’re talking to MTV about Ashley being the next Tila Tequila.”
Dupre’s attorney, Richard Wolfe, said:
My client “has prospects for many exciting new projects and is looking forward to starting a new chapter.” “she has no TV deal.”
MTV also denied the claims, adding:
“It’s not true. No meetings were held.”

Courteney Cox Joins Scrubs

Courteney Cox has become a new member of the cast of Scrubs,the show premieres on ABC this fall.Entertainment Weekly’s Michael Ausiello revealed:
Courteney Cox is joining the cast of Scrubs for a three-episode arc as Sacred Heart’s new Chief of Medicine, on Wednesday.
As previously reported Courteney’s last show was the FX series Dirt that was canceled by the network in May.

VH1 “Celebrity Rehab” Spinoff “Sober Living” – VH1 has decided to air a spinoff of “Celebrity Rehab” with Dr. Drew which is a substance abuse reality series with has-beens.According to the network,the new show will be called “Sober Living” and it would place alumni from the first season of “Celebrity Rehab” living together in a Beverly Hills mansion for one month as cameras follow their first struggles at living free of addiction.Expect filming to begin as early as next week.The New York Post claims:
Former Guns N’ Roses drummer Steven Adler, model/actress Amber Smith and last season’s resident, Seth “Shifty” Binzer the lead singer of the rock band, Crazytown are the first former Rehabbers approached to appear on the possible spinoff.

Michael J. Fox Joins FX Rescue Me

For the die hard fans of James Denton here are some good news,he is not leaving Desperate Housewives.Although in the flash-forward episode of Desperate Housewives Susan (Teri Hatcher) and her husband Mike Delfino (James Denton) have split up, Denton will be back.James told People:
“Mike and Susan have definitely split up.”But I am “not sure exactly in what capacity. [Series creator] Marc Cherry is being a little cagey. “It’s going to be interesting to see what happens. But I will certainly be on the show. It’s a relief to me, trust me.”
Few ladies must be happy right now.
Tori Spelling & Shannen Doherty Join 90210 Spin-off

It is now official that both Tori Spelling and Shannen Doherty are joining the cast of the new 90210 spin-off.Tori Spelling is erasing the rumors that said she was kicked out of the show.Spelling told People:
“I’m looking forward to returning to 90210 in a later episode, but I just had my baby three weeks ago via C-section. So right now I have to focus on recuperating… and my first priority is my family.”
The new 90210 is not going to be drama free.
